Cancellation and No-Show Policy


Adair Family Clinic & Medspa is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner.Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No-shows and late cancellations have an impact on service and quality while punishing other customers who may show up on time. For these reasons, Adair Family Clinic & Medspa has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.


We do not reserve treatments without a $25 deposit for all aesthetic procedures. Payments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. An email, text, or printed receipt will be given as proof of your deposit. All deposits are credited toward your scheduled treatment.

*Please note, HD Body Contouring and all minimally invasive procedures require a nonrefundable deposit to secure the procedure.


Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order to have your deposit fully refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at (602)567-7856. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are subject to forfeiture of the deposit and will require payment in full for future visits. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

*HD Body Contouring or other minimally invasive procedure cancellations made within one week of scheduled appointment are subject to forfeiture of deposit and total procedure price.


Missing an appointment without notifying Adair Family Clinic & Medspa is considered a no-show. A no-show will forfeit your deposit and/or a no-show fee of $25 will be charged to your credit card. Any future scheduling after a no-show must be done in person or by phone and the treatment amount must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.
